اثربخشی گروه درمانی حمایتی و آموزشی بر بهبود سلامت روان مادران کودکان مبتلا به اختلال طیف اوتیسم

 هدف از این مطالعه بررسی اثربخشی گروه درمانی حمایتی و آموزشی بر بهبود سلامت روان مادران کودکان مبتلا به اختلال طیف اوتیسم (ASD) بود. در این مطالعه نیمه تجربی پیش-پس‌آزمایی، 20 شرکت‌کننده با سطوح بالای اضطراب و افسردگی و سطوح پایین کیفیت زندگی (QOL) از 127 مادر کودک مبتلا به اختلال طیف اوتیسم انتخاب شدند. در گروه مداخله 10 مادر و در گروه شاهد 10 مادر بودند. برنامه مداخله شامل 6 جلسه دو ساعته با یک بخش آموزشی در مورد علائم، علت و درمان ASD و یک بخش حمایتی برای مدیریت استرس و یادگیری حل مسئله بود. میانگین نمرات اضطراب و افسردگی در گروه آزمایش 2 هفته بعد از انجام بخش های گروهی کاهش و کیفیت زندگی به طور معنی داری افزایش یافت، در حالی که در گروه کنترل این اتفاق رخ نداد. این امر نشان دهنده بهبود قابل توجه سلامت روان مادران کودکان مبتلا به ASD به دنبال گروه درمانی حمایتی و آموزشی است. گروه درمانی حمایتی و آموزشی در بهبود سلامت روان مادران دارای کودکان ASD مؤثر است.
