تأثیر آموزش مهارتهای زندگی بر کنترل احساسات و سلامت روان دختران پایه دوم متوسطه شهرستان شیروان

این مطالعه برای ارزیابی تأثیر آموزش مهارتهای زندگی بر کنترل عاطفی و سلامت روان دختران نوجوان ارائه شده است. روش مطالعه، از نوع تصادفی با نمونه های در دسترس است. از بین دختران نوجوان (15-17 ساله) مراجعه کننده به مرکز مشاوره آموزش و پرورش شهرستان شیروان ، 30 نفر انتخاب و به دو گروه کنترل و تصادفی تقسیم شدند. روشی که در این مطالعه مورد استفاده قرار گرفت شامل مقیاس کنترل عاطفی انیسی (2008)، متشکل از یک پرسشنامه 42 سوالی است که در قالب مقیاس لیکرت نمره گذاری می شود. در هر دو گروه پیش آزمون گرفته شد و سپس مهارتهای زندگی با تأکید بر دوره نوجوانی به مدت 10 جلسه آموزش داده شد و در پایان ، مجدداً آزمون کنترل عاطفی در هر دو گروه آزمایشی و کنترل گرفته شد و نتایج با استفاده از نرم افزار تجزیه و تحلیل آماری SPSS و تحلیل کوواریانس، مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. نتایج مطالعه نشان داد که آموزش مهارتهای زندگی دختران نوجوان در کنترل احساسات آنها موثر است.
