تحقیق حاضر به مقایسه عوامل روانی مانند کمال گرایی و تأثیرپذیری منفی در بیماران مبتلا به بیماری عروق کرونر و افراد سالم می پردازد. بدین منظور 132نفر از مراجعین (66 بیمار ، 66 فرد سالم) به بیمارستان های قلب سیدالشهدا ، بیمارستان قلب طالقانی ، بیمارستان قلب امام خمینی و مطب های پزشکی خصوصی در شهر ارومیه با استفاده از نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. افراد سالم از بین بستگان بیماران انتخاب شدند و تست های کمال گرایی هیل و آزمون تأثیرپذیری منفی PANAS بر روی آنها انجام شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از روش MANOVA استفاده شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که بین افراد مبتلا به بیماری عروق کرونر و افراد سالم از نظر عوامل کمال گرایی و تأثیرپذیری منفی تفاوت معنی داری وجود دارد. این بدان معنی است که کمال گرایی و تأثیرپذیری منفی در افراد مبتلا به بیماری عروق کرونر بیش از افراد سالم است. یافته های این تحقیق علاوه بر نشان دادن تأثیر متغیرها در بیماران می تواند رویکردهای ارزشمندی را در مورد سلامت عمومی و پیشگیری معرفی کند.
