هدف این مطالعه تعیین اثربخشی طرح‌واره‌درمانی گروهی بر اضطراب سلامت و پایبندی به درمان در بیماران مبتلا به بیماری عروق کرونر قلب بود. این مطالعه به صورت نیمه‌تجربی با طرح پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون و دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی بیماران مبتلا به بیماری عروق کرونر قلب مراجعه‌کننده به بیمارستان‌های مشهد بود. نمونه پژوهش شامل ۳۰ نفر با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس (با در نظر گرفتن ریزش نمونه) بود که به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل (هر گروه ۱۵ نفر) قرار گرفتند. برای اندازه‌گیری متغیرهای پژوهش، پرسشنامه اضطراب سلامت ووریک و سالکوفسکی (۲۰۰2) و پرسشنامه پایبندی به درمان موریسکی و همکاران (۲۰۰۸) در میان اعضای نمونه اجرا شد. اعضای گروه آزمایش تحت ۸ جلسه ۹۰ دقیقه‌ای طرح‌واره‌درمانی گروهی یانگ (۲۰۰۳) قرار گرفتند و گروه کنترل هیچ آموزشی دریافت نکرد. داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره و نرم‌افزار SPSS-27 تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها نشان داد که مقدار احتمال پیش‌آزمون برای متغیرهای اضطراب سلامت و پایبندی به درمان در مقایسه با مقادیر پس‌آزمون این متغیرها کمتر از ۰/۰۵ بوده که نشان‌دهنده معناداری اثر در سطح خطای پنج درصد (P<0.005) است. نتایج نشان داد که طرح‌واره‌درمانی گروهی در کاهش اضطراب سلامت و افزایش پایبندی به درمان در بیماران مبتلا به بیماری عروق کرونر قلب مؤثر است؛ بنابراین پیشنهاد می‌شود برنامه طرح‌واره‌درمانی گروهی به عنوان یک درمان مؤثر برای این بیماران مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
