en مقایسه سبک های مقابله ای و رضایت زناشویی در بیماران مبتلا به اختلال دو قطبی با افراد عادی این مطالعه یک تحقیق توصیفی از نوع علمی- مقایسه ای است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل دو بخش است. کلیه بیماران بستری در بیمارستان ابن سینای مشهد با تشخیص اختلال دوقطبی، به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و افراد سالم به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی انتخاب شدند. تعداد نمونه ها متشکل از100 نفر &nbsp;است و ابزار جمع آوری اطلاعات یک لیست <span dir="LTR">DSM-V</span> ، مصاحبه <span dir="LTR">SCID</span> ، پرسشنامه مقابله جهت گیری در برابر مشکلات و پرسشنامه رضایت زناشویی <span dir="LTR">ENRICH</span> است. داده ها توسط نسخه 19 نرم افزار <span dir="LTR">SPSS</span> و روش آماری آزمون <span dir="LTR">t</span> مستقل و آزمون غیر پارامتری <span dir="LTR">Xi2</span> تجزیه و تحلیل شد. <em>This research is a descriptive as a scientific-comparison. The statistical society of this research is included two parts: all the hospitalization patients with a diagnosis of the bipolar disorder in the EBN SINA hospital in the Mashhad were available by the sampling method and normal and healthy people is of the random sampling method. The number of samples was formed of 100 people and the data collection tools is a DSM-V check list, the SCID interview, the orientation coping questionnaire against the problems and ENRICH marital satisfaction questionnaire.
