en بررسی سلامت روان دانشجویان دختر در پیروی از سبک زندگی جدید (مطالعه موردی: دانشجویان دانشگاه کاشان) <em><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">مفاهیم بهداشت و بیماری در دوره اخیر مسئله مهمی در مطالعات اجتماعی و روانشناسی بوده است. این تحقیق با ارائه مفهوم سبک زندگی از دیدگاه جامعه شناسان و روانشناسان به روش تجربی به بررسی مفاهیم بهداشت روان و سبک زندگی سالم در بین دانشجویان دختر دانشگاه کاشان می پردازد. داده های شفاهی بخش عمده ای از اطلاعات تحقیق حاضر را تشکیل می دهند که یکی از اصلی ترین رویکردهای روش شناختی در تحقیقات کیفی است. بنابراین ، در این تحقیق ، از روش های تحقیق کیفی برای جمع آوری داده ها مانند مطالعه اسناد ، مشاهده و انواع مصاحبه های آزاد، روایی نیمه ساختاری و اپیزودیک استفاده شده است. یافته های این پژوهش نشان می دهد که سلامت روان بر وضعیت اجتماعی و اقتصادی موثر است و&nbsp; از طرف دیگر ، سبک زندگی که تحت تاثیرعوامل اجتماعی دنبال می شود ، بر سلامت روان تأثیر گذاشته است.</span></em> <em>Concepts of health and disease in the recent period had been an important issue for social and psychology studies. This study investigates in empirical way the concepts of mental health and lifestyle of health among female students of Kashan University by presenting the concept of lifestyle from the perspective of sociologists and psychologists. Oral data constitute a major part of Information of the present research that is one of the main methodological approaches in qualitative research. Therefore, in this research, qualitative research techniques have been used to collect data, such as document study, observation and kinds of open interviews, semi-structured and episodic- validity. The findings of this research indicate that mental health in terms of social and economic status, access to different capital offered in the field of biological and social understanding of the people is of structured causes and consequences.
