en اثربخشی درمان شناختی – رفتاری بر کفایت اجتماعی و کنترل عواطف در دختران نوجوان <div style="text-align: justify;">پژوهش حاضر با هدف اثربخشی درمان شناختی &ndash; رفتاری بر کفایت اجتماعی و کنترل عواطف در دختران نوجوان انجام گرفت. روش تحقیق نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون - پسآزمون با دو گروه آزمایش و گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش را تمامی دانش آموزان دبیرستان دخترانه دوره اول شایستگان شهر گرگان در سال تحصیلی 1403-1402 تشکیل دادند که تعداد آنها 300 نفر بود. در ادامه 30 نفر از دانش آموزانی که بر اساس غربالگری صورت گرفته شده با پرسشنامه های کفایت اجتماعی فلنر (1990) و کنترل عواطف ویلیامز و چامبلس (1997) نمرات ضعیفی کسب کرده بودند، به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش (15 نفر) و کنترل (15 نفر) قرار گرفتند. جلسات درمانی شناختی - رفتاری به مدت 8 جلسه هفته ای یک جلسه 60 دقیقه ای برای آزمودنی های گروه آزمایش اجرا شد و گروه کنترل هیچ درمانی دریافت نکرد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها در این پژوهش با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری SPSS نسخه بیست در دو بخش توصیفی و استنباطی (تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره مانکوا) انجام گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که درمان شناختی &ndash; رفتاری منجر به بهبود کفایت اجتماعی و کنترل عواطف در آزمودنی های گروه آزمایش در مرحله پس آزمون شد.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The present study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral therapy on social competence and emotional control in adolescent girls. The research used a semi-experimental pre-test/post-test design with two experimental groups and a control group. The study&#39;s statistical population consisted of all first-year female high school students in Gorgan during the academic year 1402-1403, totaling 300 students. Then, 30 students with poor scores on the Felner (1990) social competence questionnaire and the Williams and Chambliss (1997) emotional control questionnaire were selected via convenience sampling and randomly assigned to two experimental groups (15 people) and a control group (15 people). Cognitive-behavioral therapy sessions were conducted for 8 weekly sessions, one 60-minute session for the experimental group, and the control group did not receive any treatment. Data analysis in this study was performed using SPSS version 20, with two descriptive and inferential sections (multivariate analysis of covariance, MANCOVA). The results showed that cognitive-behavioral therapy led to improved social competence and emotional control in the experimental group subjects in the post-test phase.<br> <div style="text-align: justify;"></div></div> درمان شناختی – رفتاری, کفایت اجتماعی, کنترل عواطف.
