چکیده: (1952 مشاهده)
این مطالعه یک تحقیق توصیفی از نوع علمی- مقایسه ای است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل دو بخش است. کلیه بیماران بستری در بیمارستان ابن سینای مشهد با تشخیص اختلال دوقطبی، به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و افراد سالم به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی انتخاب شدند. تعداد نمونه ها متشکل از100 نفر است و ابزار جمع آوری اطلاعات یک لیست DSM-V ، مصاحبه SCID ، پرسشنامه مقابله جهت گیری در برابر مشکلات و پرسشنامه رضایت زناشویی ENRICH است. داده ها توسط نسخه 19 نرم افزار SPSS و روش آماری آزمون t مستقل و آزمون غیر پارامتری Xi2 تجزیه و تحلیل شد.
